FRIENDS OF NICOL\u00d2 ZACCHINI COMMITTEE<\/h2>\n

WHO WE ARE<\/h3>\n

Nicol\u00f2 is a classmate and friend of our children who grew up in our neighborhood. Through spending time with the children, now teenagers, we also became friends with his parents, Renato and Alessandra, who sadly both died prematurely within a short time of each other: his father in 2019 and his mother in July 2022. This is how our committee got its name. We aim to offer Nicol\u00f2 emotional and practical support, in agreement with his aunt and uncle, who live far from the city. These circumstances have helped us discover a sense of togetherness: with the parents of his teammates at ASD Barcareno, with his classmates and their parents, and, of course, with his relatives. We saw an opportunity for mutual support, as parents who care deeply about our children. Anyone can help support Nicol\u00f2\u2019s education and growth. The most effective way is to make a monthly financial contribution, whether large, small, or symbolic, to the account dedicated to him and held in the name of \u201cCOMITATO AMICI DI NICOLO\u2019 ZACCHINI\u201d at BPER bank, via Battindarno 2 branch, BOLOGNA.<\/p>\n

Bologna, September 29, 2022<\/p>\n

Dear President, I am writing on behalf of the Friends of Nicol\u00f2 Zacchini Committee, of which I am President and legal representative. For completeness, the Committee was established on July 20, 2022, and on July 22, 2022, the Italian Revenue Agency\u2019s Bologna 1 office assigned it the tax identification number indicated above.<\/p>\n

Below is a brief introduction to our organization and its aims.<\/p>\n

Nicol\u00f2 is a classmate and friend of our children. He has turned 14 and grew up in our neighborhood. Sadly, within a short time he lost both parents, who died prematurely: his father in 2019 and his mother in July 2022.<\/p>\n

Our committee is working to provide Nicol\u00f2 with emotional and practical support, in agreement with his aunt and uncle, who live far from our city.<\/p>\n

These circumstances have helped us discover a sense of togetherness: with the parents of his teammates at ASD Barcareno, with his classmates and their parents, and, of course, with his relatives. We saw an opportunity for mutual support, as parents who care deeply about our children.<\/p>\n

His mother\u2019s death required several changes to existing plans, including his schooling. This is the particular need we would like to discuss with your Foundation. Given his young age and the fact that he is starting upper secondary school, we agreed with his relatives, social services, and above all Nicol\u00f2 himself that he should have the opportunity to attend the Istituto Salesiano della Beata Vergine di San Luca, where annual fees are approximately \u20ac4,600.00. We believe this school can provide a supportive environment sensitive to Nicol\u00f2\u2019s particular circumstances.<\/p>\n

The beneficiary of the project is Nicol\u00f2 Zacchini himself. Under its statutes, our Committee allocates all funds raised to supporting Nicol\u00f2.<\/p>\n

The project\u2019s specific aim is to raise sufficient funds to cover the costs of completing his education, which is expected to continue for at least the next five years.<\/p>\n

We would be grateful for a contribution, whether recurring or one-time, and will report on how the funds received are used.<\/p>\n

The Committee has opened an account at BPER bank, via Battindarno 2 branch, BOLOGNA. The IBAN is IT16F0538702417000003665038.<\/p>\n

I remain available for any further information and will provide any documentation required. I will also keep supporters informed about the Committee\u2019s progress and the achievement of the purpose for which it was established.<\/p>\n
