First, participants will roll out pasta dough prepared for them through the generous cooperation of <strong>Alessandra Spisni<\/strong> and her <strong>Vecchia Scuola Bolognese<\/strong>. A panel including Foundation President Dr. Erus Sangiorgi and Alessandra Spisni will select the best sheet of pasta. Its maker will receive \u20ac1,000 and a certificate from Fondazione Irma Romagnoli. The second challenge will follow with the <strong>Accademia Petroniana del Convivio<\/strong>, chaired by Isabella Quadri di Cardano. Wearing aprons supplied by the academy and bearing its logo, participants will make a giant stuffed tortellone. A panel including Isabella Quadri di Cardano, Alessandra Spisni, Franco Macchiavelli, and Erus Sangiorgi will judge the best entry.
