[vc_row][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_custom_heading uncode_shortcode_id=”196643″]The Foundation has supported several rural schools in Nepal for years.[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=”654286″]In October 2025, the Foundation organised a solidarity journey to Nepal<\/strong>, with all proceeds used to buy outdoor playground equipment<\/strong> for Sunapati School<\/strong> in Nepal.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=”102028″]In April 2026, Rosa Sangiorgi and a group of 12 friends<\/strong> independently organised their own flights and accommodation and spent 5 days living in Sunapati village<\/strong>. They assembled the playground equipment and, together with the children, painted the school, decorated its walls and watched films using the video projector<\/strong> donated by the Foundation. They also taught English<\/strong> and played with the children<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

An experience that the pupils, parents and young volunteers will remember forever, and one that surely sparked reflection, awareness and change in everyone who took part in this solidarity initiative.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=”300960″]It was a moving experience for me too, even though I followed it from afar.<\/p>\n

This wonderful experience paves the way for other solidarity journeys that the Foundation will offer, allowing people to experience Nepal alongside the communities we support.<\/p>\n

In October<\/strong>, the Foundation is organising another solidarity journey<\/strong>, a gentle trek through the villages of Ramechap<\/strong>, where we are helping several schools.<\/p>\n
