RECREATIONAL AND THERAPEUTIC EQUINE-ASSISTED REHABILITATION

Cooperation between Bologna’s Local Health Authority DSM-DP and the Casalecchio di Reno–Porretta Terme Child and Adolescent Neuropsychiatry unit, Fondazione Irma Romagnoli, and Associazione Passo Passo has made an equine-assisted rehabilitation project possible for eight children. Held at the SIB Equestrian Center in Rastignano, it began on March 2, 2013, and will end on November 30, 2013.

At the final meeting before the summer break, on June 1, 2013, we invite participants’ families, friends, and guests to a snack gathering offering a taste of the skills our new riders have acquired.
