Request from the Rotary Club of Kathmandu
A request from the Rotary Club of Kathmandu to fund care for women giving birth and newborn babies in the earthquake-devastated town of Sankhu.
The Foundation intends to allocate part of the funds raised for the Nepal earthquake to this initiative.
For those who do not know him, Kapil is a dear friend, like a brother, who oversees the AYURVEDA preparation workshop in Kathmandu. He will manage our donation on behalf of the Rotary Club, of which he is a member. As you can see, he is already on site organising aid.
These photographs were sent by Kapil from Sankhu, a wonderful town at the foot of the Himalayas. Kapil is overseeing locally how to use the €8,000 sent to his Rotary Club from the funds raised so far.
