Every child deserves experiences that help them grow, believe in themselves, and smile. Through equine-assisted rehabilitation and inclusive riding, we give local children and young people with disabilities the opportunity to develop confidence, independence, and well-being. Our goal? To give more children with disabilities access to equine-assisted rehabilitation sessions at reduced rates, improving their quality of life and opening up new opportunities to socialize and participate in the community. Our Project for 2025–26

Our goal is simple and powerful: to offer equine-assisted rehabilitation at reduced rates to 40 children and adolescents with disabilities in the province of Bologna during the coming riding year, September 2025–June 2026. Through interaction with horses, these young people can improve their physical, emotional, and social well-being, learning to overcome disability-related barriers and discover their potential.

In a welcoming, safe, natural setting, they will have the opportunity to take part in a full year of equine-assisted interventions, supported by specialist staff through individualized therapeutic and educational programs.

Dear President of Fondazione Irma Romagnoli Onlus,

I am writing as President of ASD AIASPORT APS, an organization you know well and have supported in the past, which has worked for many years in equine-assisted rehabilitation for people with physical, cognitive, and relational disabilities.

We are delighted to have just launched “Riding Toward Their Dreams: Supporting 40 Children with Disabilities”, a charitable crowdfunding campaign to provide equestrian activities at reduced rates for 40 local children and adolescents with disabilities during the coming riding year, September 2025–June 2026. This is a practical opportunity to improve their quality of life through a program combining rehabilitation, independence, interaction with animals, and social inclusion.

Over the years, we have seen the profound impact of equine-assisted rehabilitation, not only on motor skills but also on emotional and social well-being. Today, more than ever, we feel the need to join forces with organizations such as your Foundation that share our vision of a fairer, more accessible future, responsive to the needs of vulnerable people, especially children.

We ask you to consider supporting the project with a donation; every contribution will be used exclusively to deliver this initiative.
